We are a business loan broker that acts as an intermediary between borrowers seeking business financing and various lending institutions. We do not make lending decisions or provide loans directly. Our role is to:

• Assess your financing needs and creditworthiness
• Match you with potential lenders from our network
• Assist with loan application preparation and submission
• Facilitate communication between you and lenders
• Provide guidance throughout the loan process

• Application Fee: $0 
• Success Fee: $0 of approved loan 
• Administrative Fees: $0 Lender Compensation

We may receive compensation from lenders in the form of:

• Commission payments ranging from % of the funded loan amount
• Flat fees from lenders for successful referrals
• Other marketing or referral fees

Important: You will never pay more for a loan because you used our brokerage services. Lender compensation does not increase your interest rate or loan costs.

We cannot guarantee loan approval. Loan decisions are made solely by lending institutions based on their underwriting criteria. Factors affecting approval include but are not limited to:

• Credit history and credit scores
• Business financial performance
• Cash flow and debt-to-income ratios
• Collateral and business assets
• Industry type and business model
• Economic conditions

We work with a network of various lenders including:

• Traditional banks and credit unions
• Alternative online lenders
• SBA preferred lenders
• Equipment financing companies
• Invoice factoring companies

We will present options from lenders we believe best match your needs, but we may not have access to all available lenders in the market.

• Receive this disclosure before paying any fees
• Obtain copies of all documents you sign
• Cancel services within 10 business days for a full refund (where applicable)
• Receive transparent information about all fees and costs
• Work directly with lenders if you choose

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
• Notify us of any changes to your financial situation
• Review all loan terms before accepting any offer

• Initial credit inquiries may affect your credit score
• Multiple loan applications may result in multiple credit pulls
• We will inform you before any credit authorization

• Loan processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours
• Complex applications may require additional time
• SBA loans generally take 30-90 days for approval

You will need to provide:

• Bank statements (typically 3-6

• Delays caused by third parties
• Consequential or indirect damages

This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona and any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County Arizona courts.
